Week of the Young Child Family Event May 18, 2024

Please find attached the VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM for our free family event being held at

CrossPoint United Methodist Church
430 Colonial Road
Harrisburg, PA 17109

on May 18th from 10 am – 1 pm (rain or shine as we have indoor space).

This is the second annual CACPennAEYC Week of the Young Child Family Event open to all families in the community.

There will be fun, free things for the kids to do, including a bounce house, face painting, games, and many other activities.
A free book will be given to the first 50 kids!

We want to join forces to support early learning and spread the word to local families about your services as well!

We welcome childcare providers and community groups to reserve a promotional table for this event.

Vendor tables are being offered for $10 to any individual, company, or organization that has a product, service, or resource that families would be interested in or benefit from.

If you have a product to sell, you are welcome to do that during the event.

However, we are trying to make this a celebration of the children and are encouraging vendors to also have a free activity, craft, or goody bag for the kids to do or receive as they and their parents visit your table.

Everything has gotten so expensive lately, that we would love for families to come out and enjoy a few hours of fun where they don’t go broke watching their kids enjoy themselves.

We understand things are expensive for you all as well so we are keeping the cost of the tables the same as last year to help offset your overhead.

Be creative!

It doesn’t take much to make kids happy and get them engaged!
