Payment for Services: Crisis Services are Free.

Interventions for Alcohol, Substance Use, or Gam-bling are Free for individuals and families in Armstrong and Indiana Counties.

Family Education and Support are Free for individuals and families in Armstrong and Indiana Counties. For Outpatient Treatment, The Open Door accepts many commercial insurance plans, medical assistance, county funding, and self-pay. Co-payments, Coinsurance, and self-payments can be made by cash, check, or debit/credit card. Impaired Driving Services are self-pay.
