Council members shall be residents of Delaware County and are representative of the community and composed of individuals who can demonstrate experience, knowledge, or interest in serving the needs of the substance-abusing client.

FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NEEDED ON THIS BOARD

The purpose of the Council is to advise, review, evaluate, recommend, and advocate actions related to the delivery of alcohol and other drug prevention, intervention, and treatment services.
