Mental Health Intellectual Disabilities and Autism

The roles and responsibilities of the Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities program were established by the MH/ID Act of 1966. The Erie County Office of Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities is regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. Through a contracted provider network, our office administers a broad array of services for individuals and families.

Accessing Services

Publicly funded mental health, intellectual disabilities, and early intervention services can be accessed by contacting Erie County Care Management (ECCM) and requesting an intake for services.
