We create a need-fulfilling environment leading clients to effective, responsible choices and the development of positive relationships in their lives.

We start by finding families within our Pennsylvania communities who are ready and willing to provide for children who need loving homes.

We carefully teach these families our proven techniques, theories, and responses, so they are able to form strong connections with the children they accept into their care.

In this way, our foster families are able to successfully create home environments in which any child can feel safe, wanted, and loved.
