Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission
Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission (LCDAC) has been serving the community for more than 45 years and is responsible for the oversight of the substance use disorder services within Lancaster County.
LCDAC contracts out all direct services to providers throughout Lancaster County. LCDAC provides funds to ensure that underinsured and non-insured individuals can receive drug & alcohol treatment services. LCDAC also provides funds for evidence-based prevention services in school, community, and home-based settings. LCDAC and its contracted service providers shall give the identified Priority Populations preference to treatment as follows and, in the following order: Pregnant women who inject drugs; Pregnant women who use substances; Persons who inject drugs (PWID); Overdose survivors; Veterans.
