Lycoming Clinton Mental Health /Intellectual Disabilities/Autism Services Program

We believe that individuals and their families have within their own power the ability to adapt and to deal with life's inevitable stresses and difficulties.The mission with which we are charged is to cultivate those adaptive skills in order to empower individuals and families in their community.We further believe that services which may be needed must be provided in a manner and setting which respects human dignity.

The Lycoming-Clinton Joinder is comprised of human service agencies including Mental Health & Intellectual Disabilities/Autism Services, Early Intervention, Lycoming-Clinton HealthChoices and Lycoming Children and Youth Services.

Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health Services are primarily available for adults with a serious mental illness and children/adolescents with or "at risk" of developing a serious emotional disturbance. Contact the office for information and referral services. We also provide 24-hour crisis intervention services.

Explanation of Mental Health Treatment Services

Our Lycoming-Clinton Intellectual Disabilities/Autism Services Program provides a variety of services to assist individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism, and their families, to live and work in their home communities. We also manage the waiver capacity and funding for services.
