In House Services

TLC provides case management services, programming, as well as a supportive environment. Please see our programming section for more information. 

TLC provides basic food, clothing, and hygiene necessities for indigent re-entrants. 

Community Service

TLC partners with outside agencies to provide community service as well as volunteer hours.  Some agencies we frequently work with are Central PA Food Bank, River Valley Regional YMCA, LAPS, and Community Arts Center.

Community Partners

TLC utilizes West Branch Drug and Alcohol evaluations to determine if re-entrants are in need of drug and alcohol treatment. TLC works with Genesis House and Crossroads Counseling for these services.   TLC also utilizes Crossroads Counseling, Community Services Group, and Diakon Family Life Services for mental health treatment.
