    < Back CRAWFORD COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH Integrated Intake: If you are not sure how to access outpatient, psychiatric, or other mental health services, a phone call to Crawford County Human Services’ Integrated Intake is a good place to begin your journey. An Integrated Intake worker will evaluate your individual mental health needs by completing a bio-psychosocial assessment. Appropriate recommendations and referrals are made as a result of this assessment. The Integrated Intake worker is responsible for following the consumer through the course of their services and assuring a continuity of care.
