About the event
It provides age-appropriate videos and activities to help teach children and teens to be safer online.
The goal of helping children to become more aware of potential online risks and empower them to help prevent victimization by making safer choices on and offline.
Innovative presentations use online resources, videos, and expert tips to educate, engage, and empower children and adults to be safer on and offline.
The goals of NetSmartz are to educate children to recognize online risks, encourage children and adults to have a two-way conversation about online safety and digital citizenship, and empower children to report online abuse/exploitation.
Children and teens will learn about a variety of age-appropriate topics with a live presenter who engages them through discussion and critical thinking opportunities.
Each presentation can be tailored to fit the needs of schools, organizations, community groups, churches, etc.
