About the event
The 2026 conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, through Friday, November 6, at the Hilton Harrisburg.
The theme of this year’s conference, “Advancing Fundamental Fairness in Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Justice System: Your Role in Continuous Improvement”, reflects our shared responsibility to ensure that every young person who touches the juvenile justice system experiences a process that is understandable, transparent, and just.

Conference events are being developed with a focus on realistic, Pennsylvania-centered strategies that use data, collaboration, and small, intentional changes to improve outcomes for youth and families.
