In partnership with FASD United, the Consortium for Health Services Research at the Uniformed Services University is seeking individuals who are caregivers to military-connected children living with FASD or possible FASD.

The study team is interested in caregivers’ experiences with navigating any part of the FASD care for these children that is received at military hospitals and clinics.

Caregivers do not have to be current or former members of the military to participate.

If you are interested in participating our study, please fill out this eligibility form completely. For any questions, please contact Ms. Ilse Rivera at ilse.rivera.ctr@usuhs.edu or 781-913-3418.

Thank you.

** Caregivers do not have to be current or former members of the military to participate, although they may be. For example, caregivers who are non-active duty, Service members who are active duty or non-active duty, reservists, beneficiaries of Service members, or non-beneficiaries who care for a child who is a TRICARE beneficiary are all eligible.
