Single County Authority

Beaver County Behavioral Health Drug and Alcohol Program is the county agency designated by the State as the Single County Authority (SCA).  

The SCA is the recipient of state and federal dollars through contracts with the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), to plan, coordinate, programmatically and fiscally manage and implement the delivery of drug and alcohol services at the local level.  

The SCA contracts for a variety of treatment, prevention, and intervention programs.
