Consumer Family Satisfaction Team of Crawford County CFST

CST was created in Crawford County, not only to monitor consumer satisfaction in mental health serviced, but in the developmental disabilities and children and youth system as well.

CST measures consumer satisfaction across all systems by conducting team surveys with consumers, focus groups and a variety of public forums. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
