We are a comprehensive non-profit entity that provides education services, human services, community development, and affordable housing that enhance the quality of life for a diverse population.

The Early Learning Center has been developing leaders for the York community for the past 75 years. Some of the "children" to come out of this program: Dr. Julia Hines-Harris, Mattie Chapman, football great Woody Bennett, and many others.
