Ms. Erskine and Dr. Watson are both former healthcare executives with clinical and administrative experience in the behavioral health industry. They developed and marketed e-learning strategies to meet the training and continuing education needs for the human service industry. Today Essential Learning has grown to become the largest provider of e-learning services to behavioral health, substance abuse, developmental disability and child welfare service organizations nationwide.
