FAMILY-LED INTERVIEWS FAMILIES SHARING STORIES IN SUPPORT OF EACH OTHER

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to invite you to participate in an invaluable opportunity that can contribute to the improvement of services for families and children in Pennsylvania.

Representing the PA Care Partnership, a coalition of Pennsylvania family leaders, we have established a Community of Practice (CoP) with the aim of strengthening the voices of families engaged in services tailored to meet the diverse needs of their children. Our primary objective is to gain insight into the impact of behavioral health services, ensuring that they effectively serve families while aligning with their unique circumstances.

Having family members interview families with past or current involvement in children's services can enhance current information and provide a more comprehensive view of supports essential for children to address current and future challenges. This information can help systems be more responsive to the range of issues that impact families of children receiving behavioral services. ( behavioral health services such as mental health, and substance abuse) All interviews are voluntary and completely confidential, with no identifying information being shared.

By sharing your satisfaction and challenges with these services, you'll help us enhance programs, address needs, and identify improvements. _ Your input will remain confidential and is crucial to our mission._
