Family Hospice

Palliative Care
Unique to Home Nursing Agency, an established palliative care team works with patients’ primary physicians to coordinate care plans and manage pain while patients receive any desired treatment, at all stages of an illness.
Children's Services Nurse-Family Partnership®
A free home visitation program, nurses mentor first-time mothers and provide education and support through the child’s second birthday.
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Nutrition Program
WIC is a federally funded program designed specifically for women, infants and children that provides vouchers for nutritious foods and education in a supportive environment
Early Intervention

Healing Patch
Home Nursing Agency’s Healing Patch is a peer support program designed specifically for children and their families who have suffered the loss of a loved one, such as a parent, sibling, grandparent, or close family member.
Specialty Programs Orthopedic Care

AIDS Intervention Project
The AIDS Intervention Project is Pennsylvania’s oldest AIDS service provider and refuge for anyone afflicted with the HIV/AIDS virus.
