Keystone Human Services

Keystone Human Services was founded in Pennsylvania in 1972 when we began supporting people to leave the Harrisburg State Hospital. Since then, we have continued to walk beside people as they establish themselves as valued members of the community.

In Pennsylvania, we support people with intellectual disability, autism, and mental health conditions to pursue their goals of home, work, and school.

We offer Head Start services to children and families in poverty, and assistance dogs to support people with disability to become more independent.
