Member and Family Advocate for Cambria County Magellan

Heidi Niebauer, Member and Family Advocate for Magellan, is available to help members and providers in Cambria County.

Heidi has worked since 2005 in social services in many sectors, including Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Youth and families, Secondary and Elementary Education, Workforce Development, and Opportunity Youth.

Heidi has a passion for community and teaching self-care and wellness to all, and especially beginners. She believes we all have a place in this world and are called to identify our strengths and manifest our unique gifts.

Heidi’s role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  •  Help families and members with access to Magellan’s services

  • Resolve challenges and barriers related to treatment

  • Serve as a central resource for families seeking services on behalf of members

  • Available for provider discussions

  • Coordinates Family Advisory Board
