Owl Hill Learning Centers

Owl Hill Learning Center achieved STAR IV designation in May 2008. An overview of the various STAR level standards is available upon request. The staff has worked hard to receive this status and is to be commended for their efforts and commitment to improving services to Owl Hill’s children and families. It is an exciting time in Pennsylvania for initiatives in early childhood care and education.
