PA MY ODP TRAINING AND RESOURCE CENTER

Mission Statement: To improve lives by increasing capacity to provide supports and services to individuals with mental health and behavioral challenges, intellectual disabilities, autism and other developmental disabilities, using the guiding principles of Everyday Lives and the Recovery Movement.

Through case studies, articles, interviews, and related academic sources, Positive Approaches Journal will strive to feature resources, observations, and advancements that are relevant and timely to professionals and supporters.

As Pennsylvania joins the National Community of Practice of Supporting Families throughout the Lifespan, our strategy is to encourage and support collaboration at the local and regional level, thus embracing the broad and rich diversity that defines Pennsylvania's character: diversity in geography,demographics, cultures and ethnicity, history and traditions, and local identity.
