Perry County Literacy Council

It is the mission of the Perry County Literacy Council to provide educational programs in Perry County to adults and families that will provide them with the skills to enhance their personal well being and enable them to function as responsible adults

The Perry County Literacy Council is dedicated to delivering the programs and services that impact Perry County, providing a One Stop site in Newport where Adult Education and CareerLink® partners are accessible at a single point of contact.

Motivated youth and adults enter with few resources. They exit with the skills and credentials that they need to become self-sufficient workers, family members, consumers, and citizens.
