Stairways Counseling Center of Crawford County

For Crawford County residents, our clinic and counseling center at Parkside Commons in Meadville, Pennsylvania, offers psychiatric care and therapy support for youth.

Our trained Crisis Specialists provide 24-hour Crisis Hotline and Mobile Crisis intervention to persons who are experiencing a mental health crisis, offering confidential help in assessing and stabilizing crisis situations and making appropriate referrals to help resolve the crisis including assistance with inpatient mental health treatment when needed. We can also help before a situation becomes a crisis.

Through the Stairways Youth in Transition case management program, youth between the ages of 18 - 23 who are transitioning from the adolescent mental health system into the adult community, receive life skills training and community-wide resource coordination in this specialized support program.

Blended Case Management (BCM) is a community-based program providing direct care to people with special, complex needs. The aim of the Child & Adolescent Services division of BCM is to assure that children and adolescents who have or are at risk for developing a serious mental illness or emotional disorder get proper treatment and the supports necessary to help them succeed in the home, school and community.
