About The Infant Care Program at Covenant Presbyterian Church The Infant Care Program at Covenant Presbyterian Church (ICP) believes that all children deserve to be respected and treasured.

To accomplish this, ICP encourages the development of the whole child including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

We will provide a warm, caring, loving, and safe environment for children under kindergarten age.

In this atmosphere, we can encourage the acquisition of skills as well as provide the time and space for their development.

Children are provided with opportunities to be active learners where the emphasis is on individualized attention for the needs of each child.
