Even though we cannot provide the face-to-face experience of Mental Health First Aid instruction during this difficult time, we'd like to share some Mental Health First Aid tips that can be useful in coping with stress and supporting others in times of crisis.

Whether you seek support for mental health or drug and alcohol services, case management, or respite for adults and children, a quick check online is a great first step toward finding available resources.
Take some time to learn about your local resources. The best recommendation for an appropriate professional resource is one that you are familiar with. Learn what services they provide and how a person might access the service. A warm handoff is often the best way to connect someone to a needed resource.
