< Back Lebanon County Mental Health / Intellectual Developmental Disabilities / Early Intervention Program Eligibility determination: Through the intake process, a person’s eligibility for services and funding is determined and referrals are made to appropriate programs in the community that correspond to service needs. To be considered for services, individuals must be a resident of Lebanon County. Every individual served by the Lebanon County Mental Health / Intellectual Disabilities / Early Intervention programs will be given the opportunity to select culturally competent services that support their growth, wellness, and inclusion in their community, with the benefits of a natural support system. The MH/ID/EI office provides the intake process to determine eligibility for services to: Adults with serious mental illness Children and adolescents with a mental illness or serious emotional disturbance Individuals with an intellectual disability Individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum Children birth to three years old who have special needs due to a developmental delay or disability Individuals with a medically complex condition aged 0-21 Individuals with a developmental disability under the age of nine (9)
