    < Back BLAIR COUNTY DRUG AND ALCOHOL PARTNERSHIPS TAKE STEPS TOWARDS RECOVERY HEP-C SCREENINGS AND ASSESSMENTS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES VIVITROL GRIEVANCE AND APPEAL All drug and alcohol treatment services can be accessed directly by the person needing help and/or family by calling (814) 381-0921 to schedule a confidential free assessment . Upon calling to schedule an assessment, a brief screening will take place to determine if there are any emergent needs that need immediately addressed prior to scheduling an assessment. An assessment will determine the level of treatment needed for the individual. The assessment may result in a recommendation to one of the following treatment services or education groups: · Outpatient (OP) · Intensive Outpatient (IOP) · Partial Hospitalization (PHP) · Inpatient (Rehab) · Detoxification (Detox) In addition to your assessment, we will help you apply for Medical Assistance funding. How do you get help? All drug and alcohol treatment services can be accessed directly by the individual. Call us at 814-381-0921 and inform the receptionist that you want to schedule a drug and alcohol assessment.

Military Children's Educational Services MCEC delivers programs, services, and professional development to meet the needs of military-connected students, parents, and professionals. Resources for parents MCEC provides support to military-connected and civilian students through our student-led, peer-to-peer mentoring programs at the K-12 levels. The Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) offers three initiatives important for professionals to engage, deepen understanding and to respond to the complex needs of military-connected children and youth:

    < Back Mental Health Ministries Our mission is to help faith communities be caring congregations for people living with a mental illness and those who love and care for them based on the “Caring Congregations” five-step model of education, commitment, welcome, support and advocacy. Mental Health Ministries is a nationally recognized resource site for print and media to educate faith communities to be caring congregations to persons living with a mental illness and those who care for them. What have we accomplished? Via an excellent website, we are providing a wide variety of downloadable print resources including brochures, bulletin inserts, flyers, worship resources, articles, and a comprehensive resource/study guide. e-Spotlights are e-mailed throughout the year. Spotlights feature timely resources for special times of the year including May is Mental Health Month, Mental Illness Awareness Month, Veterans Day and resources to help people cope with the holidays. Spotlights also feature articles, books, conference opportunities and models of ministry. We have produced five DVDs with study guides for faith leaders to use with their congregations: Creating Caring Congregations Mental Health Mission Moments Postpartum Depression Mental Illness and Families of Faith: How Congregations Can Respond Stories of Healing and Hope: PTSD, Trauma, and Suicide Collaboration with mental health providers and national organizations including NAMI FaithNet, Pathways to Promise , American Association of Pastoral Counselors , Mental Health America and others is part of our mission.

Christ’s Home consolidated its various residential cottages in Warminster, Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 1907. The Warminster campus currently operates three group homes for children ages 4-16, an Infant & Toddler program and a Transitional Living Program for teen-age boys. In 1936, a branch of Christ's Home for Children opened inradise, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Originally serving preschool age children, theradise campus currently operates two group homes for children ages 4-16 and a Transitional Living Program for teen-age girls.Christ's Home Retirement Community began in 1923 and is a vitalrt of the larger ministry of Christ's Home. Christ's Home Retirement Community provides affordable, quality living for residents with a variety of needs. The retirement community offers everything from independent living apartments and cottages to the security of on-site Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Services. Progressive Health Starts in Milford, Pennsylvania in 1994 with 6 clients and 16 employees. Today we have 70 clients and employ 145 caring, experienced staff members. As Progressive Health has grown, so has our reputation as a provider of quality brain injury programs. The mission of Progressive Health is to improve the quality of life for survivors of brain injury by providing community-integrated rehabilitation programs which increase an individual’s independence and safety in all aspects of their daily living.
