Representatives from each of the stakeholder committees and the MH/MR/EI Advisory Boards of both Counties, as well as one (1) at large representative from each County, constitute the membership. The duties of the HealthChoices Advisory Board are: To provide Behavioral HealthChoices program oversight and to make recommendations for quality improvement to the Operations Committee; To insure that each of the stakeholder committees has input into its respective area of quality improvement; To be the formal avenue for communication of concerns from the stakeholder committees to the Operations Committee; and To identify and review such reports as are necessary to assess the overall quality and utilization management of the Behavioral HealthChoices program.
