< Back Northampton County Health Choices Advisory Board Summary of Stakeholder Committee Responsibilities HealthChoices Advisory Board The HealthChoices Advisory Board is the formal avenue for stakeholder involvement in the Lehigh and Northampton HealthChoices program. Representatives from each of the stakeholder committees and the MH/MR/EI Advisory Boards of both Counties, as well as one (1) at large representative from each County, constitute the membership. The duties of the HealthChoices Advisory Board are: To provide Behavioral HealthChoices program oversight and to make recommendations for quality improvement to the Operations Committee; To insure that each of the stakeholder committees has input into its respective area of quality improvement; To be the formal avenue for communication of concerns from the stakeholder committees to the Operations Committee; and To identify and review such reports as are necessary to assess the overall quality and utilization management of the Behavioral HealthChoices program.
