    < Back Montgomery County Subsidized Child Care The Office of Child Day Care Services oversees the operation of three County run child care programs, and is the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's designated Child Care Information Service for Montgomery County. The Department of Public Welfare provides funding to Montgomery County to manage the CCISYou must first submit an application to ELRC Region 17 to see if you meet the guidelines for the subsidized child care program. After a while, if you find the relationship between you and your Supports Coordinator isn’t working, you should be able to choose another Supports Coordinator. In order to do this, you will need to talk with the Supports Coordination Organization (SCO). Supports/Service Coordinator Organizations (SCO) are providers with the primary responsibilities of locating, coordinating, and monitoring needed services and supports for Waiver/Program participants. SCOs can monitor individual health, safety, and service delivery. When you are having other problems, first you need to contact your Supports Coordinator. If that doesn’t work, then you contact the Supports Coordination Organization (SCO). If your problem is not resolved, contact the County MH/IDD Administrator. If your problem still is not resolved, contact the Regional Program Manager of the Office of Developmental Programs.
